You must use "bwctl clone" for this.

The idea is that you can install a profile in two ways:

- bwctl install -> soft install
- bwctl clone   -> hard install

The soft install doesn't overwrite stuff like fstab, profile, etc.

It would be good to discuss the usage and possible bugs of this tool.
