Yes, I did. (You are referring to the /boot/grub/menu.1st in the
chrooted environment right? Not sure but I think I saw a
/boot/grub/menu.1st outside it too ... dont remm exactly).

I think the support is already enabled. Coz I was able to mount my
NetBSD partitions fine read-only with "mount -t ufs -o
ufstype=44bsd,ro /dev/whatever /mnt/whatever". I didn't try read-write
though ...

Yaa, just that I want to do things a long winding way and get an idea
of the NetBSD bootloader. :) Heehe!
